Shipping Policy

All orders made on Flolumia.com are processed within 3 to 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information for you to follow along.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the distance from our facilities to your shipping address. Please note for our international customers that we do offer worldwide shipping, however they are subject to import duties and customs tax associated with the order. Flolumia is not responsible for these charges.

Expedited shipping and delivery is an option that offers faster shipping speeds compared to standard shipping options. The 3 to 5 business day processing time still applies to orders with expedited shipping. Once shipped, your order will arrive within the expedited time frame.

Route Package Protection can be added to any order for detailed tracking, arrival updates, and package protection. With Route Package Protection, your package is insured from loss, damage, and theft.

Returns & Exchanges

Flolumia has a 30-day return policy, from the time of package arrival. We also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and our number one goal is your satisfaction. We will do all that we can to make sure that happens within our guidelines. You are welcome to try out Flolumia skincare products for this 30 day time period. If you find that within this time frame, your skin does not respond well to the products, or you would simply like to find a better product for your skin you are welcome to reach out to our customer service team via email info@flolumia.com and we will take care of you. Whether that a be a return or an exchange!

We require all returns to be processed through our customer service team, if you do not reach out to them, and return your products without their consent, reimbursement can not be initiated.

If a refund is approved by our team, please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your reimbursement, unless the package was incorrectly shipped, or you received defective merchandise. We also require customers to package their returns appropriately. If products are returned and damaged in shipping, we, unfortunately, can not honor a reimbursement.
